Dear Residents,

The Tang Hall Residents’ Association serves Tang residents on all matters pertaining to their general welfare. Every month, we meet to discuss policy matters and plan dorm-wide social events. I’d like to welcome you to our next monthly meeting tomorrow, May 6th from 9:15-10:15 pm in the 24th floor lounge. The agenda is as follows:

     *   Introduction of new board members
     *   Transition meetings/retreat
     *   Documentation
     *   Housing
  *   Review of April socials + post-event reports  + photographs for website (Social Chairs)
  *   Upcoming socials + posters + social calendar updates (Social Chairs, Publicity Chairs)
  *   Finance updates + pro-card (Treasurer)
  *   Updates on recycling & gardening,  (Recycling and Gardening Chair)
  *   Updates on maintenance and upkeep (Purchasing and Maintenance Chair)
  *   IM updates (Sports Chairs)
  *   Website updates (IT chair)
  *   Dorm Coordinator updates (Dorm coordinators)
  *   Tang gear (Vice-President)
  *   Changes to Tang bylaws (President)
  *   Open Floor
