Tomorrow the first Food Truck will be here “CANTINA AMERICA”
Here are some of the things that the truck will be vending:
Grilled Angus Burger –Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Roasted Garlic Aioli Add Sharp Cheddar, Applewood Smoked Bacon, or Side of Fries
Sharp Vermont Cheddar Pimento Grilled Quesadilla –Add Applewood Smoke Bacon or Tomato
Slow Roasted Pork Carnitas Tacos –Cucumber + Pineapple Salsa, Latin Slaw, Cotija Cheese, Chipotle Crema, Pickled Onion, Fresh Cilantro + Lime, Salsa Roja
Adobo Grilled Chicken Tacos – Latin Slaw, Monterey Jack + Cheddar Cheese, Cotija Cheese, Chipotle Crema, Fresh Cilantro + Lime, Salsa Roja
Southwestern Caesar Salad – Chopped Romaine, Cotija Cheese, Chipotle Caesar Dressing, Seasoned Croutons - Add Adobo Grilled Chicken

Hello Everyone,
On Friday, May 25thand Tuesday thru Friday, May 29th to June 1st
we will be having different Food Trucks here on Audrey Street to
vend food to you!
Each truck will be ready to vend from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, on
their assigned day. Bring your wallets and your appetites!
All menus are attached so you can preview your selections.
Please understand that the menus are subject to change per the vendor.
