[Tang-Residents] Smoking complaints in Tang

Hello Tang Hall!

Winter and the New Year is here which usually requires me to sent out this message.

We have received multiple complaints of cigarette smoke inside Tang Hall so I must remind everyone that there
is NO smoking anywhere in Tang, including the stairwell.  Smoke travels easily through the vents, out windows and into
other apartments making it uncomfortable for nonsmokers.  I must inform you that 1) continuing to do so puts your on campus
housing status at risk and 2) you are responsible for guests knowing this policy when visiting Tang.

Thanks to all for respecting hall policies and thanks to all who sent in reports.  The continuation of both is appreciated.
