[Tang-Residents] THRA monthly meeting tonight, Apr 19th from 9-10 pm in the 24th floor lounge

Dear residents,

The Tang Hall Residents’ Association serves Tang residents on all matters pertaining to their general welfare. Every month, we meet to discuss policy matters and plan dorm-wide social events. I’d like to welcome you to our next monthly meeting tonight, April 19th from 9-10 pm in the 24th floor lounge. We will be serving dinner at 8:45 pm. The agenda is as follows:

  1.  Updates from meeting with Housing Implementation Team (President)
  2.  Election updates (IT Chair + Vice President)
  3.  Annual THRA Retreat  + Transition (President)
  4.  Tang renovation plans (President)
  5.  Review of March socials + post-event reports  + photographs for website (Social Chairs, Sports Chairs)
  6.  Upcoming socials + posters + social calendar updates (Social Chairs, Publicity Chairs)
  7.  Finance updates + pro-card (Treasurer)
  8.  Updates on recycling & gardening : Trash2Treasure program  (Recycling and Gardening Chair)
  9.  Updates on maintenance and upkeep (Purchasing and Maintenance Chair)
  10. IM updates (Sports Chairs)
  11. Website changes/updates (IT chair)
  12. Dorm coordinator updates (Dorm coordinator)
  13. Pending requests/queries from residents (President)
  14. Open Floor
