  5.  IM Updates + Ideas for summer sports (Sports Chairs)
  6.  Planning of Orientation Olympics (Sports Chairs)
  7.  Logo design competition (Publicity Chairs)
  8.  Status of kerberos integration (IT chair)
  9.  Updates on gardening plots/recycling - e-waste + furniture storage during move-out season + waste segregation posters (Recycling and Gardening Chair)
  10. Updates on maintenance and upkeep (Purchasing and Maintenance Chair)
  11. THRA iREFS session (Social Chair)
  12. THRA monthly meeting timings (Vice-President)
