Dear residents,

The Tang Hall Residents' Association (THRA) serves Tang residents on all matters pertaining to their general welfare. Every month, we meet to discuss policy matters and plan dorm-wide social events. I'd like to welcome you to our next meeting tonight at 8:45 PM in the 24th floor lounge. The agenda is as follows:


1.      Review of January socials + Upcoming socials including resident-initiated event Poker night + Submission of post-event reports (Social Chairs)

2.      Floor social/Tang welcome social (Social Chairs)

3.      Financial Issues if any ( Treasurer)

4.      IM Updates (Sports Chairs)

5.      Updates on purchases, maintenance and upkeep including suggestions from residents (Purchasing and Maintenance Chair, Dorm Coordinators)

6.      Website updates - backend and frontend (IT Chair)

7.      THRA memorabilia for guest speakers (Publicity Chairs)

8.      Discussion on election format for new board (everyone)

9.      360 degree review (Vice President)

10.  decide time and venue for THRA mid-year excursion (President)

11.   Piano room - booking system (IT Chair, Dorm Coordinator)

12.  Speakers for 'what matters to me and why' for spring (everyone)
