[Tang-Residents] Join us for a discussion with admin. on bike shed for Tang during THRA meeting tomorrow!

Dear Residents,

The Tang Hall Residents’ Association serves Tang residents on all matters pertaining to their general welfare. During our monthly meeting tomorrow (Monday, August 14th at 8:45 PM in the 24th floor lounge), Dennis Collins, the Director of Resident Life for Capital Renewal & Renovations will be joining us to talk about the possibility of constructing a bike shed for Tang. This has been a long-standing need and we would greatly appreciate your inputs and feedback on this topic. Further, your presence would help lend greater support to the need for such a facility. The agenda is as follows:

  1.  Interaction with Dennis Collins : Construction of bike shed for Tang
  2.  Updates on undergrads moving into Tang (President)
  3.  Planning for Orientation events (Sports Chairs, Social Chairs)
  4.
Ideas for new socials/projects (President)
  5.  Review of July socials + post-event reports  + photographs for website (Social Chairs)
  6.  Upcoming socials + posters + social calendar updates (Social Chairs, Publicity Chairs)
  7.  Finance updates + submission of funding applications + pro-card (Treasurer)
  8.  Updates on recycling and gardening (Recycling and Gardening Chair)
  9.  Updates on maintenance and upkeep (Purchasing and Maintenance Chair)
  10. IM updates (Sports Chairs)
  11. Website updates (IT chair)
  12. Open Floor
