[Tang-Residents] THRA monthly meeting on Monday, Oct 3rd at 8:45 PM

Dear residents,

The Tang Hall Residents’ Association serves Tang residents on all matters pertaining to their general welfare. Every month, we meet to discuss policy matters and plan dorm-wide social events. I’d like to welcome you to our next monthly meeting tomorrow, October 3rd at 8:45 PM in the 24th floor lounge. The agenda is as follows:


  1.  Review of September socials + Upcoming October socials  + Submission of post-event reports (Social, Sports Chairs)
  2.  Social events + Dietary preference surveys (Vice President)
  3.  Updates on purchases, maintenance and upkeep (Dorm coordinator, Purchasing and Maintenance Chair)
  4.  Website updates  (IT chair)
  5.  THRA memorabilia  for guest speakers (Publicity Chairs)
  6.  Updates on recycling  and compost program (Recycling Chair)
  7.  Emails to new residents about dorm policies (Dorm coordinators + IT Chair)
  8.  Floor socials (Board)
  9.  Forms for resident-initiated events (Social + Publicity Chairs)
  10. IM updates (Sports Chairs)
