Dear residents,

The Tang Hall Residents' Association is the student government of Tang Hall. Every month, we meet to discuss policy matters and plan dorm-wide social events. I'd like to welcome you to our next monthly meeting tomorrow, Nov 7th at 8:45 PM in the 24th floor lounge. The agenda is as follows:


1.      Review of October (including floor) socials + Upcoming November socials  + Submission of post-event reports (Social Chairs)

2.      Discussion on relocation of undergrads to Tang Hall (Head of House + President + GSC rep)

3.      ODGE proposal for brunches + Dietary preference surveys (Vice President)

4.      Procard status + other financial issues (Treasurer)

5.      Updates on purchases, maintenance and upkeep including suggestions from residents (Dorm coordinators, Purchasing and Maintenance Chair)

6.      Speakers for What Matters to Me and Why series (Dorm Coordinators)

7.      Website updates - backend and frontend  (IT chair)

8.      THRA memorabilia  for guest speakers (Publicity Chairs)

9.      Updates on recycling  and compost program (Recycling Chair)

10.  IM updates (Sports Chairs)

11.  Status of publicity of resident events  (Social Chair + Publicity Chair)

If you'd like to join us in the meeting, please RSVP by noon on Monday, Nov 7th. Dinner will be provided. Please bring your own utensils and help Tang go green.
