Dear Tang residents,

Hope you are enjoying the Boston summer!

The Tang Hall Residents' Association (THRA) will have its monthly meeting on Monday, June 6th at 8:45 PM in the 24th floor lounge. I would like to invite you to come and contribute with your valuable suggestions and ideas for the Tang community. Dinner will be provided.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.      Orientation of the new board (Keys/Pro-cards/Position and Responsibilities and 'How-To' documents)

2.      Review of May socials, post-event reports (Dorm Coordinators, Social Chairs), photographs on website (IT Chair)

3.      Upcoming June socials (proposals, sign-ups, social calendar updates, posters) (everyone)

4.      Updates on maintenance and upkeep (suggestion boxes, front desk, gym, laundry room, lounges, etc.) (Purchasing and Maintenance Chair, Dorm Coordinators)

5.      Payment system for Westgate residents for reservation of Tang facilities (Treasurer and IT Chair)

6.      Points system (President)

7.      Status of gardening plots + recycling ideas (Recycling and Gardening Chair)

8.      Planning of orientation events - Olympics (Sports Chairs), logo/T-shirt design competition (Publicity Chairs) and other ideas for orientation (everyone)

9.      Website overhaul ( IT Chair and Dorm Coordinator)

10.  Increase in house tax - referendum, procedures, resident support (President)
