[Tang-Residents] THRA monthly meeting on Monday, August 1

Dear Tang residents,

I'd like to welcome you to the Tang Hall Residents' Association (THRA) monthly meeting on Monday, August 1 at 8:45 PM in the 24th floor lounge.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:


1.      Review of July socials, post-event reports to drive and GSC (Social Chairs, Sports Chairs)

2.      Upcoming August socials (sign-ups, social calendar updates, posters) (everyone)

3.      Planning of the Orientation Olympics + task allotment (Sports Chairs)

4.      Status of Logo-design competition (Publicity Chairs)

5.      Updates on maintenance and upkeep (suggestion boxes, front desk, gym, laundry room, lounges, etc.) (Dorm Coordinators, Purchasing & Maintenance Chair)

6.      Updates on Pro-cards, payment system for Westgate, other money matters (Treasurer)

7.      Status of gardening plots + recycling/composting program in Tang + requesting compostable utensils from GSC (Recycling and Gardening Chair)

8.      Status of website overhaul (IT Chair, Dorm Coordinator)

9.      Social and sports cabinet cleanups  (Social and Sports Chairs)

10.  Informal sports in Tang (Sports Chairs)

11.  Updates on any GSC meetings (GSC representative)

If you'd like to join us in the meeting, please let me know by Sunday, July 30th. Dinner will be provided. Please bring your own utensils and help Tang go green.
