Dear Tang residents,

I am pleased to invite you to attend the Tang Hall Residents' Association (THRA) monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 5th at 8:45 PM in the 24th floor lounge. Dinner will be provided.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.      Review of June socials, post-event reports (Social Chairs, IT Chair)

2.      Upcoming July and August socials (sign-ups, social calendar updates, posters) (everyone)

3.      Ideas for summer sports + screening of Euro Cup (Sports Chairs)

4.      Updates on maintenance and upkeep (suggestion boxes, front desk, gym, laundry room, lounges, etc.) (Dorm Coordinators, Purchasing & Maintenance Chair)

5.      Planning of the Orientation Olympics (Sports Chairs)

6.      Updates on Pro-cards, payment system for Westgate, increase in house tax, other money matters (Treasurer, President)

7.      Status of gardening plots + recycling/composting issues in tang (Recycling and Gardening Chair)

8.      Status of Logo-design competition (Publicity Chairs)

9.      Status of website overhaul (IT Chair, Dorm Coordinator)

10.  Points system updates (President + VP)

11.  Social and sports cabinet cleanups - need to decide date (Social and Sports Chairs)
