Dear Residents,

As you may be aware, record-breaking cold temperatures are expected Saturday - Monday. Below are some helpful tips to keep your room, and building, warm.

* Please make sure your windows are LOCKED ! This will keep the heat in.

* Please do not prop open any exterior doors. Any steady flow of cold air, no matter how small, can cause problems with pipes.

* If you have any issues over the long weekend with heat or notice any water leaks, report them IMMEDIATELY to 617-253-1500.

Although extremely cold weather is a common occurrence in New England, please remember that Facilities may take longer to respond to non-emergency maintenance calls.

Please call 617-253-1500 and request Unit 12 for any facility or operational issues after 4pm today.

Thanks,
