KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, BEDROOMS MUST BE CLEAN BEFORE YOU LEAVE EVEN YOU PLAN TO SUBLET!
ALL YOUR PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE ENTIRE APARTMENT! ALL RECYCLE SHOULD BE REMOVED
FROM YOUR SUITE ALONG WITH THE TRASH. ANY MAIL THAT DOES NOT BELONG SHOULD BE BROUGHT DOWN AND
PLACED INSIDE THE USPS MAIL BOX LOCATED UNDER THE MAIL BOXES IN THE LOBBY.

THE FOLLOWING FINES WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR BURSARS BILL IF THE
APARTMENT CONDITIONS  ARE NOT CLEANED AND CLEAR OF ALL DEBRIS:

Typical damage or cleaning charges:

* Missing Keys                                                           $50.00 per key
* Core/Lock Change                                                   $150.00
* Excessive Cleaning/Damage Fine up to                  $500.00 per person
* Removal/disposal of items (Non-MIT furniture)   $250.00
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ITEMS IN THE COMMOM AREA
*Manager reserves the right to add charges as he/she deems appropriate
