The THRA will have its April monthly meeting on Monday 4 April 2016 at 8:45
pm in the 24th floor lounge. You are invited to participate in the meeting.

The agenda is as follows:
1. Review of March socials (social chairs and other event organizers) - 10
mins
2. Upcoming socials + signups + Tang social calendar (social chairs) +
posters on website (IT chair) - 10 mins
3. Asking professors for guest lecture social (all) - 5 mins
4. Contacting FCU representative for a presentation (all) - 5 mins
5. Updates on the biking + photography social (Pronoy, Dawn, publicity
chairs) - 10 mins
6. Updates on maintenance and upkeep (suggestion boxes, gym, laundry room,
lounges, etc.) (Dorm coordinator, P&M chair, President) - 10 mins
7. Sending emails to residents about suggestions' resolution (Dorm
Coordinator) - 5 mins
8. THRA retreat - voting for awards + year end THRA review (Vice President)
- 7 mins
9. Financial and reimbursement updates (Treasurer) - 3 mins
10. THRA year end retreat - any important suggestions (Vice President) - 5
mins
11. Elections procedures' review for next year (President, Vice President)
- 15 mins
12. Any other points to be discussed (all) - 5 mins
