4. Updates on suggestion boxes (Dorm Coordinator) - 5 min
5. Maintenance updates (TVs, laundry room, recycling area, etc.) (Dorm
Coordinator and P&M chair) - 10 min
6. Status of maintenance meetings with house manager (gym issues, bike
theft issues, etc.) (Dorm Coordinator and P&M chair) - 5 min
7. Gym revamp ideas - 10 min
8. Surveys (THRA mid year review, election format, house tax) (VP) - 10 min
9. Guest lecture series speaker (President) - 5 min
10. Status of resident event proposals (VP and IT chair) - 5 min
