from 9 pm in the 24th floor lounge. All Tang residents are welcome to
attend the meeting.

1. Review of September socials (including floor socials) + post event
reports (Social Chairs) - 10 mins
2. Upcoming socials and funding obtained from the GSC (Social Chairs) - 10
mins
3. ODGE funding proposal for 2016 (Social Chairs + Vice President) - 5 mins
4. IM signup issues (Sports chairs) - 10 mins
5. Website issues and backup measures (IT Chair) - 10 mins
6. Procard status + other pressing financial issues (last updates on
Olympics prizes) (Treasurer) - 5 mins
7. Resumption of Meatless/Meaty dinners (Housemaster + Dorm Coordinator) -
5 mins
8. Updates on suggestion boxes (Dorm Coordinator) - 5 mins
9. Pressing maintenance issues (TV in the lounges, laundry machines) (P&M
Chair) - 10 mins
10. Status of surveys (esp. on house tax) (Vice President) - 5 mins
11. Any publicity updates (Publicity chairs) - 5 mins
12. Open floor - 5 mins
