The THRA will have its December monthly meeting on *Monday 7 December 2015
at 8:45 pm in the 24th floor lounge*.

The agenda is as follows:
1. Review of November socials (and floor socials) + Upcoming socials
(end-of-term social, breakfast social, housemaster Christmas meal) - 15
mins (Social chairs, Dorm Coordinator)
2. GSC funding proposal - 7 mins (Social chairs)
3. Status of ODGE proposals - 5 mins (Social chairs)
4. Updating Tang social calendar - 3 mins (Social chairs)
5. Financial updates - 5 mins (Treasurer)
6. Maintenance and purchasing updates (gym, sports equipment, smoking
issues, new suggestions) - 15 mins (Dorm coordinator, P&M chair)
7. Status of surveys - 8 mins (VP + IT chair)
8. Status of resident initiated events' proposals - 7 mins (VP + IT chair)
9. Status of THRA photographs - 5 mins (Publicity chairs)
10. Status of $150 funding from GSC - 5 mins (GSC coordinator)
11. Logging of status of vacuum cleaners at the front desk - 5 mins
(President)
12. Any other updates from other chairs - 10 mins
