[Tang-Residents] Discarding things from windows and Tang's Quiet Hours

Greetings Tang Hall Residents:

Unfortunately I have to write to address a couple of complaints concerning a first time issue and a not so new issue.

1)  Someone, on the B side, is discarding liquid from their window and it is spraying back on the windows below (not to mention on top of heads).  PLEASE STOP! and consider the fact that people are walking on the sidewalks and grass below, not to mention the spectacular sun rises your are ruining for others.  Discard your liquids down one of the many drains you have in your apartment.

2) Please respect Tang Hall's quiet hours and know that many of your common spaces share a wall with somebody's bedroom.

Sunday - Thursday 11pm to 8am
Friday & Saturday 1am to 8am
