[Tang-Residents] Water Shutdown for All C and D suites

Scheduled work is about to begin in 16D at 9am.  Finding out complications, the water will now have to be shut down in all the C and D suites at 9:00 am.
We hope to have the water restored by noon to C and D.

I apologize for this late email and the inconvenience this may cause.
