[Tang-Residents] Piano Room Reservation System

Hello Tang Residents,

We've gotten feedback that some of you would like to see a booking system
for the piano room, to minimize conflict and maximize happiness when using
it. Well, we're ready for that! We're going to trial it for the summer, and
see how it goes, and then make a final decision at the end of summer.
