[Tang-Residents] Removal of property from Tang common areas

Hello residents
It has come to our notice that residents move furniture from the Tang 24th
floor lounge to their apartments for personal use. Please note that this is
a violation of our dorm's policies. Furniture and other property of common
areas (like the lounges, gym, etc.) are not supposed to be removed from
their places and taken to rooms.

Please refrain from such activities in the future. We really don't want to
reach a stage when the government has to resort to tough measures.
