We are looking for 1 or 2 people who are...

  *   good listeners, friendly, and enjoy solving problems (i.e., have excellent customer service skills)
  *   organized and a bit meticulous in the way they carry out tasks
  *   able to sort mail, shelve packages, email residents, and maintain a computer database
  *   always thinking of ways to improve processes and operations (i.e., have both ideas and initiative)
  *   good at making decisions and thinking on their feet
  *   responsible and attentive
  *   seeking a part-time job with some flexibility in hours (if you need it) and pays 9.50/hour
