IMPORTANT FOLLOW UP

Please be aware if your scheduled move out date is 8/15/14, you are expected to move out by midnight Friday.
The Tang desk closes at 10pm. If you leave and the desk is closed, put your keys in an envelope and slide them envelope under MY office door.

Cleaning will begin on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Please see the schedule below. THIS DOES  NOT MEAN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CLEAN YOUR APARTMENT BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

TANG HALL CLEANING SCHEDULE
8AM TO 5PM

SATURDAY               8/16/13        23 THROUGH 18
SUNDAY                   8/17/09        17 THROUGH 10
MONDAY                8/18/09        9 THROUGH 2

     If you have continuing status and will remain in tang after 8/15/14 please remove all your items from the kitchen and bathroom area and bring them to your room before we arrive on the schedule day of cleaning.   Please all your items from the fridge inside a plastic bag so we can remove the bags, clean and return the plastic bags to the fridge.. All items that are left in the fridge and not in bags will be considered trash and fines will be applied.

If you are schedule to move out, you must properly clean before you check out.

* Missing Keys                                                           $50.00 per key
* Core/Lock Change                                                   $150.00
* Excessive Cleaning/Damage Fine up to                  $500.00 per person
* Removal/disposal of items (Non-MIT furniture)   $250.00
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ITEMS IN THE COMMOM AREA

*Manager reserves the right to add charges as he/she deems appropriate
