Dear Students

The deadline to waive the MIT Student Extended Insurance Plan is September 15.  To submit your electronic waiver now, go to http://medweb.mit.edu/healthplans/student/waiver.html

Did you know you have to enroll your family each academic year? The deadline to enroll family members in the MIT Student Extended Plan for the fall 2013/2014 term is also September 15, 2013. Please complete and submit the 2013/2014 enrollment form http://medweb.mit.edu/pdf/enroll-1213.pdf if you have not already done so. You can bring your completed form to the Health Plans office at MIT Medical, E23-308.
