[Tang-Residents] Time adjustment: EDT to EST from tomorrow

Hello
Beginning tomorrow (Sunday 3 November 2013), our time zone will change from
Eastern Daylight Time (EDT, UTC - 4) to Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC -
5). The effect will take place tomorrow at 2 am EDT when the clock will
move back by one hour to 1 am EST.
Simply speaking, this means that we will "fall back" by 1 hour. Though your
electronic devices (like phones and laptops) should adjust automatically,
you may have to manually move the clock BACK BY 1 HOUR for non automatic
devices (like analog wristwatches and wall clocks).
