1)    REMOVEAL OF ALL TRASH,  $100.00

2)    CLEANING OF THE KITCHNES BATHS.  $65.00 PER HOUR MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS

* Condition of Student Housing: MIT graduate student housing must be maintained in a safe and
sanitary condition and may not be altered or abused in any way. Licensee will be charged for any
damage. Altering, replacing, or installing additional locks is prohibited.
