[Tang-Residents] MIT Secure slow?

Hello Tang Residents,

It's your IT Chair/Webmaster again. Recently, I've noticed slow performance
on the MIT SECURE and MIT SECURE N networks. Has anybody been experiencing
the same? (I have already received some feedback on this.)

I will be filling this out, as I have also experienced similar issues.

Hope this helps anybody who's been experiencing slow connectivity issues
recently.
