[Tang-Residents] Laundry Room - Set Reminders and Check Status

Hello Tang Residents,

This is your IT Chair here with a reminder on some of the neat IT
facilities we have.

Just wanted to remind everybody (and let the new subletters know) that you
can check the status of the laundry room at LaundryView's
website<http://www.laundryview.com/laundry_room.php?lr=1364810>.
A link is available on the Tang homepage <http://tang.mit.edu> on the left
sidebar, under the "Facilities" header.

Also, if you would like to know when your laundry is done and be notified
on your phone via email or SMS, you can use LaundryView's "Text Alerts"
feature <http://www.laundryview.com/faqs.php#11>. That should, for example,
help reduce the occurrence of your laundry being left in the dryer or
washer, and having someone else take out your clothing for you when they
need the machine.

Together, we can optimize our use of the laundry room!
