[Tang-Residents] Fire Alarm

Greetings Tang Hall:

Today you experienced the fire alarm.  You should know that the fire alarm sensors are located in the hallway near the elevators and apartment doors.  If you burn food on the stove or in the microwave, please do not open your apartment doors to get rid of smoke.  Open your windows instead.  If the fire alarm sounds, you must leave your apartment immediately.  Take the stairs instead of the elevators to exit the building.  In inclement weather you may go to neighboring dorms for shelter.

Of course, we prefer the alarms not be set off so please cook with caution, make sure your stove/oven is completely turned off before you leave your apartment and direct any smoke out of the windows.
