[Tang-Residents] 4th of July Celebrations

As thousands of people gather for the 4th of July Celebrations, I send this out as a reminder to be safe.

Please make sure all doors are  locked as you exit the building.
Please don't hesitate to call campus police if you see anything unusual.
Do not open the door for anybody. If they live here they should be carrying a ID card  with access
Please don't be afraid to ask the person behind you if they are a resident if they are trying to enter the building
