The deadline to waive the MIT Student Extended Insurance Plan is this Friday, February 15.  To submit your electronic waiver now, go to http://medweb.mit.edu/healthplans/student/waiver.html

The deadline to enroll family members in the MIT Student Extended Plan for the spring 2013 term is also February 15, 2013. Please complete and submit the 2013 enrollment form http://medweb.mit.edu/pdf/enroll-1213.pdf if you have not already done so. You can bring your completed form to E23-308.

If you already have taken action this past fall to waive your Extended Plan for the full academic year, or to enroll your family for both terms, please disregard this message.
