Hi everyone,

Need any new furniture for your apartment?
Ashdown and Edgerton are providing a $5 IKEA bus trip on August 24th (Saturday)! Please sign up for your preferred departure shifts and return shifts at: http://signup.mit.edu/1501516073.
Higher priority will be given to new incoming grad students.

Departure Shifts, in front of Ashdown:
Shift D1: 9:00AM (arrive at IKEA 10:00AM)
Shift D2: 11:00AM (arrive at IKEA 12:00PM)
Return Shift,  from IKEA, Stoughton, MA:
Shift R1: 12:00PM (arrive on campus 1:00PM)
Shift R2: 1:00PM (arrive on campus 2:00PM)
Shift R3: 3:00PM (arrive on campus 4:00PM)
Shift R4: 4:00PM (arrive on campus 5:00PM)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Tickets: We will be collecting $5/person when you get onto the bus. Your ticket will have your return shift time printed on it. You ARE ALLOWED to SWAP ticket with someone else, but please note that we have limited space on each return shift, so please estimate your shopping time so that you could choose the most proper shift at the first time.

**Limited Seating: We will be taking school buses with capacity of 50 people. For safety reasons, *NOTHING can be put in the aisle*. On the return shift, things you buy must be able to fit into the seat next to you. If you plan to buy oversized items, you can also ship them, but please check out at least 40 mins in advance to fill out the paperwork for shipping.

**Specified travel time: We will start loading people in front of Ashdown 15 minutes before each departure shift, and 30 mins before each return shift at a specific point in IKEA parking lot. PLEASE BE ON TIME!! The bus WILL NOT WAIT for you.

**IKEA is a big store, we strongly recommend that you check out www.ikea.com<http://www.ikea.com/> before the trip to maximize your shopping efficiency! You can check product availability at our local store (MA, Stoughton), and even write down the aisle and bin number.
