Subject: 67th Indian Independence Day Celebrations

Hi Junta,

SANGAM will be celebrating the 67th Indian Independence Day on Sunday 11th August, 2013. We will start off with “Flag Hoisting” and “National Anthem” at 11:45 a.m., followed by a delicious Indian Lunch from 12 p.m.. After that we will have patriotic-themed, fun group activities ending with an ice-cream social ! Finally for all sports enthusiasts, there will be a cricket match organized in association with MIT Cricket club from 2:00 p.m. at Barry’s Field.

Tickets are required at entrance. Tickets are FREE if you buy them online at http://web.mit.edu/sangam/www/events.html  or $ 5 at the door on the day of the event (subject to availability). We expect tickets to sell out quickly, so do not delay !

Let us celebrate this proud day by remembering the heroes who made it possible! See you all on 11th August !
