[Tang-Residents] Mit Cable outage W84 and W85

Hi Michael,

After doing some research, I've determined the main cable TV amplifier in
W61 has failed. This is affecting McGregor House and all of the dorms west
of W61, including the Westgate buildings and W84. I'm working to have this fixed
as quickly as possible.

A notice has been placed on 3-DOWN.mit.edu  and will be updated accordingly.
