[Tang-Residents] FW: Impact of Beaver Dash road race on traffic and parking

PLEASE DISTRIBUTE
The Beaver Dash will have some impact on local streets and parking lots on Saturday morning, September 22, so access will be limited in the following areas from approximately 9:30-11:30 am:
AMHERST ALLEY
Amherst Alley will be CLOSED to all entering/exiting vehicular traffic from 9:30-11:30 am. Sidewalks will be open to pedestrians. Please walk your bicycles on the sidewalks.
KRESGE PARKING LOT
There will be very limited vehicular access to/from the Kresge Lot from 9:30-11:30 am.
WESTGATE PARKING LOT
The Westgate Parking Lot will be CLOSED to all entering/exiting vehicular traffic from 9:30-11:30 am.
DANFORTH STREET, ENDICOTT STREET AND FOWLER STREET
These streets will be CLOSED to entering/exiting vehicular traffic from 9:30-11:30 am. Sidewalks will be open to pedestrians. Please walk your bicycles on the sidewalks.
MEMORIAL DRIVE (DANFORTH ST, ENDICOTT ST AND FOWLER ST)
You will be unable to enter/exit residence halls via Memorial Drive from 9:30-11:30 am.
VASSAR STREET SIDEWALK (Stadium side)
The sidewalk will be closed to pedestrians from Westgate Parking Lot to the Stadium from 9:30-11:30 am.
ALTERNATIVE PARKING INFORMATION
The West Lot and West Garage on Vassar Street will be available to park from Friday, September 21, 2:30 pm through Sunday, September 23, 9:00 pm.
