[Tang-Residents] Telephones in room

Dear Tang Hall Residents;

We are writing to get a sense of whether you feel land lines are needed in your apartments/bedrooms.  Since everyone has cell phones, the thought is to put a phone in the hallways instead of having them in the apartments.  Please send your thoughts.
