[Tang-residents] Tang Hall's Music Room Hours

Greetings Tang:

We must now have quiet hours applied to the Music room, located in the first
floor lounge.  Because residents that live above it can hear the piano and
because all who practice are not yet concert ready (smile) the music room will
be closed every evening at 11pm.
