Good afternoon all!
I ask of this in the most nicest way possible.
Several room are empty in Tang Hall and new incoming residents are scheduled to fill these rooms.
Back in August, I had a professional cleaning company in Tang Hall cleaning every bathroom, kitchen area, and common areas. It is up to each of you to maintain conditions to a reasonable standard. I ask all at this time to take time and make sure these areas are clean kept clean. For those who have an empty room in their suite, a new incoming resident is on the way and will be checking in.
My staff will also be reporting back to me if they enter a suite to either paint, clean a bedroom or to make a repair and notice unsanitary conditions. If that occurs, I will make a visit to the suite and determine if a professional cleaner is necessary. If so, I will schedule for cleaning the following day and charges will be billed to each students bursars account in their suite.
I think my request is a reasonable one and hope everybody can help out in keeping Tang Hall a healthy, clean and pest free home during your stay!
Thank you for your cooperation!
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
