AVOID FINES-CLEAN YOUR APARTMETNS


ALL KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, BEDROOMS MUST BE CLEAN BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

ALL PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE ENTIRE APARTMENT!


THE FOLLOWING FINES WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR BURSARS BILL IF THE

APARTMENTS ARE NOT CLEAN AND CLEAR OF ALL DEBRIS:


1)    REMOVEAL OF ALL TRASH, PROPERTY AND PERSONAL FURNITURE $100.00

2)    CLEANING OF THE KITCHNES BATHS.  $65.00 PER HOUR MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS

For those residents who are remaining in Tang or will transfer after 8/15/11



There will be a professional cleaning staff arriving on TUESDAY 8/16/11 to clean all Kitchens, bathrooms and common areas. A new shower curtain will be installed. We will not be entering any occupied bedrooms.



This will be the one time yearly cleaning for the building and it will be the responsibility of residents within each suite to maintain throughout the year.

I ask if you are in here on the scheduled day of cleaning that you remove all things from the bathroom and place them into your bedroom for just that 1 day.



If you have anything in the kitchen area, I ask that you place them into your bedroom for just that 1 day.

If you have any items in the fridge or freezer that do belong to you, please put them in plastic bags so the cleaners can clean and they do not be mistaken for trash.

Start time 8am to 5pm

IF YOU ARE SCHUELDED TO MOVE OUT ON OR BEFORE  8/15, I DO EXPECT YOU FOLLOW THE CHECK OUT PROCEDURS REGUARDING CLEANING BEFORE YOU LEAVE.  THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CLEAN BEFORE YOU LEAVE.. YOU WILL BE CHARGED... THANK YOU
