Dear Tang Hall  Residents
Laundry pricing in all MIT residence Halls will be increasing to $1.00 per wash and $1.00 per dry this summer.  This is the first increase in laundry at MIT in many years. Residents will see the increases starting the week of August 8, 2011
Please remember that the MIT  laundry rooms are operated by the Mac-Gray company and are not monitored by housing staff, the vendor can and should be contacted when there are problems.  Mac-Gray is very responsive if you report broken machines. They also provide refunds when the machine ruins clothes, or eats quarters.  Please  use the Mac-Gray website at, http://www.laundryview.com/lvs.php    to report a problem with a machine,  request a reimbursement or to use the laundry-view system to monitor machine use.
