Subject: [Tang-residents] Cold weather arriving
Importance: High
Hello
The cold evenings will soon be upon us. I would suggest to prepare for this
before the heat is turned on (officially 10/15/09) that you open a work
order asking that you have you're a/c panel stuffed , sealed and winterized
to avoid the cold air from entering your room. Please use the site provided
http://web.mit.edu/sapweb/PS1/facilities_home.shtml
And later this week the mechanic cor Tang Hall will enter your room and
take care of this and you will not have to be at home to have the service
completed.
Also, to avoid any unwanted bugs or mice, please keep your kitchen area
clean. If food is left out or the trash has an odor, unwanted guests will
arrive.
Your help is important to report any sightings of mice to me immediately via
email or http://web.mit.edu/sapweb/PS1/facilities_home.shtml
as we all pitch in to keep Tang Hall a clean and healthy environment.
Thanks for your cooperation
