Dear Tang residents,

IS&T is continuing to investigate the slow wired connectivity experienced by residents in Tang.  Thank you for updating us to let us know that the problem has not yet been resolved.  Since the issues seem to be electrical in nature and not necessarily network related, this is requiring some amount of trials to identify.  Please update us if your connection speeds improve.  We'll continue to update you as more information is known.

We are also identifying a number of residents using significantly more bandwidth than others.  As the network is not working at full capacity at the moment, these residents exacerbate the problem.  We've identified a number of residents and contacted them and will continue to do so.
