[Tang-residents] Pls register complaint with RCC

Hello Residents,
 	Can all those experencing wireless/wired network outage in their 
rooms, file a complaint with RCC (Use http://rcc.mit.edu)? Use this form 
only if you have no network connection and require immediate response. I 
mean, do not use this to tell them about poor wireless connectivity in ur 
room, which is already being processed by them.

We have to file individual complaints because, RCC doesnt have enough 
technicians to check the outage in every floor of tang and they would only 
visit those floors that really has a problem!
