[Tang-residents] Upgrade of Tang Athena stations

Hello Tang residents,

The Athena stations in the Tang laundry room are due to be updated from 
Athena 9 to DebAthena. This process will be taking place this evening and 
the workstations will be unavailable during the upgrade.

The quickstation will remain available throughout the upgrade and will 
remain (for now) an Athena 9 machine. Additionally, one other machine 
will remain available through the course of the upgrade.
