[Tang-residents] Apartment cleaning

Hello

 

Just a quick update on a couple of reminders for departing and continuing
residents.

 

 If you are scheduled to move out 8/15/09 you do have until midnight to
return they keys. The Tang Desk will close at 10pm. If you are leaving after
10pm you can put the keys into an envelope with your room number on it and
slide it though the mail slot on the door. Envelopes can also be found at
the same location,

 

PLEASE WORK WITH YOUR ROOMMATES IN SHARING THE CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES AND
REMOVING ANY TRASH BEFORE LEAVING OR YOUR BURSARS ACCOUNT WILL BE CHARGED.
ALL KEYS MUST BE RETURNED BY MIDNIGHT 8/15/09.

  BUILDING CLEANING SCHEDULE

 

A professional cleaning service will be in starting on the 24th floor
working down 8/16, 8/17, 8/18. Starting time will be 8am to 5pm. We will not
be entering your bedroom. Cleaning will be Kitchens, Bathrooms and common
areas. This does not mean you do not have to clean your suite before you
leave.

 

FLOORS 24 THROUGH 18 IS SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY  8/16/09 

FLOORS 17 THROUGH  9 IS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY  8/17/09 

FLOORS  8 THROUGH  2 IS SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY 8/18/09

 

If you are schedule to remain in your room, if you have transferred into
another room, or just moved in your room  during the scheduled cleaning day
then please do the following request below for proper cleaning.

 

BRING ALL PERSONAL ITEMS FROM THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN INTO YOUR BEDROOM FOR
THE SCHEDULED CLEANING DAY

 

ANY ITEMS IN THE FRIDGE THAT ARE NOT TO BE THROWN AWAY, KINDLY PLACE IN A
PLASTIC BAG SO CLEANERS CAN REMOVE THEM BEFORE CLEANING. ITEMS NOT PUT IN A
PLASTIC BAG WILL BE CONSIDERED TRASH.
