COMPLETE POWER SHUTDOWN

TUESDAY MARCH 27, 2007

 

8AM TO 6PM

 

ALL ELECTRIC POWER TO TANG HALL WILL BE SHUT OFF!     PLEASE BE SURE TO TURN
OFF ALL COMPUTERS! QUICKLY OPEN AND CLOSE YOUR FRIDGE AND FREEZER TO KEEP IT
COLD DURING THE SHUTDOWN. 

 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

All electricity with the exception of emergency egress lighting will be out
of service.

Only one elevator will be available during the outage. 

Do not over load the elevator with people 

No Heat 

No phones

Water will be shut down the first hour 8am to 9am. 

No New window installation for the 3rd floor south side

 

REASON:

Disconnect the power supplying Westgate and restore power back to Tang.
This is all part of the new high voltage transformer being installed in
Westgate.
