[Tang-residents] Prepare for the cold now

Hi

 

Now is the time to have your A/C sleeve sealed and winterized before the
cold day and evenings arrive.

This will block out the cold air draft from entering your room.

Please open a work order http://web.mit.edu/sapweb/PS1/facilities_home.shtml
that says to "stuff seal and tape the a/c panel for the winter".

Help will soon arrive to take care of this. You do not have to be their for
the work to be done but if you have anything blocking the panel please make
sure you move any items that may be in front of the panel so the mechanic
will have easy access.
