  The cold weather is now approaching us and now is the time to prepare.
  Please open a work order 
http://web.mit.edu/sapweb/PS1/facilities_home.shtml if you feel a draft 
entering your room from the air conditioner sleeve located in your bedroom 
asking the mechanic to seal up the A/C sleeve for the winter.
