Greetings,
I am able to able to launch the
starcluster-base-ubuntu-13.04-x86_64-hvm (ami-6b211202) on a t2.micro
instance from the EC2 Management Console. I'm running on the t2.micro
instances because they are currently free for me. When I try to create
a cluster with starcluster using the ami-6b211202 and the t2.micro
instance, I receive the "!!! ERROR - invalid node_instance_type
specified: 't2.micro'." Receiving this error is not unexpected as the
config file does not list the t2.micro as a valid instance type.
However, since I am able to run ami-6b211202 on a t2.micro instance, I
would expect that there should be some way to have starcluster do the
same.
Is there a way to run ami-6b211202 on a t2.micro instance via starcluster?
Thanks and best regards,
Richard
